The ALPHA CHAMP’s lateral jumping surfaces lead to altered muscle activity and kinematics, which not only improve the performance of the cardiovascular system through the use of large muscle groups, but all motor skills and abilities (stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, dexterity, and coordination).


Preliminary tests prove that compared to training on a horizontal fitness trampoline, a higher level of intensity can be achieved during workouts, whereby the intensity or load range can be easily controlled through the rhythmic periods of exertion and rest through the alternating contact and flight phases (Rebounding effect).

"Lateral Rebound Training (LRT) improves ballistic performance which is the key physical component in team sport. Variations in lateral movements performed with the highest intensity (force, velocity or power) possible, will increase the mechanical capabilities of the neuromuscular system.

Training with the highest step rate and shorter contact time, enhance overall power output. According to the latest research (J.B.Morin, P.Samozino 2018)  a 10% decrease in contact time (e.g. 180 vs 200 ms) will result in 20-25% increase in running leg stiffness."
